Privacy Policy
- We collect your email address when you join the waitlist, who referred you and who you refer, plus basic information about how you reached and used this site.
- We use it to manage the waitlist and to tell you about Fylowr. We do not sell your personal information.
- You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask to see or delete your data by emailing [email protected].
- This website does not collect health data. The Fylowr ring and app will have their own privacy notice before launch.
1. Who we are
This policy covers fylowr.com and the Fylowr waitlist, run by Fylowr LLC, a Texas limited liability company, 5435 N Garland Ave #140-214, Garland, TX 75040, USA ("Fylowr", "we", "us"). The ring waitlist was run by AYCLIO Corporation until October 17, 2026, when it passed to Fylowr LLC along with the information of everyone who had joined. 2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Email address (and your name, if you give it), when you join the waitlist.
- Referral activity: the referral link you joined with, if any, and the friends who join and confirm with your link.
- Anything you send us, such as the contents of an email to us.
Information collected automatically
- How you found us: the page that sent you here (referrer), the page you landed on, and campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source).
- Pages you view on this site, with the date and time, recorded by our CRM provider's site tracking.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, and similar data that your browser sends with every request.
- Fraud checks: a random device ID stored in your browser, together with your network and browser details, so we can spot fake or duplicate referrals.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use advertising cookies. Our CRM provider sets the following on this site:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
3. How we use your information
- To add you to the waitlist: we email you a link to confirm your address, and your place in line is given once you confirm.
- To run the referral program: give you a personal referral link, move you up when friends join and confirm with it, tell you when that happens, and email you about rewards you unlock.
- To record your consent to receive waitlist emails.
- To send you updates about Fylowr, including launch news, early access and Batch 01 allocation. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to Fylowr, so we can improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Fylowr, and only for that purpose:
- CRMown: our CRM. It runs the waitlist and referral program, stores waitlist contacts, hosts this website and its files, sends our emails and records site visits.
- Cloudflare: delivers and protects the website.
- Google Fonts: serves the typefaces on this site. Your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
If you join with a friend's referral link, that friend may be told that someone joined using their link. Your referral link contains a code, not your email address.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and give you a way to opt out.
5. How long we keep it
Places in line become final when Batch 01 closes on December 31, 2026. We keep your waitlist information while the waitlist and our launch updates continue, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Site-visit records are kept for up to 24 months. We may keep a minimal record (such as your email on a do-not-contact list) so that we respect your choices.
6. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in any email, or by writing to us.
- Access, correct or delete your personal information, or get a copy of it.
- Opt out of any sale, sharing for targeted advertising, or profiling (we do none of these today).
Depending on where you live (for example Texas, California or another US state with a privacy law, or the UK or EU), you may have these rights by law, and you will not be treated differently for using them. To make a request, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. We may need to confirm it is you, and we will respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we will answer the appeal within 60 days. You can also ask an authorised agent to make a request for you.
7. Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and the waitlist is for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Where your information is processed
Fylowr is based in the United States, and our providers process information in the United States and other countries. If you use the site from outside the US, your information will be transferred there.
10. The Fylowr ring and app
This policy covers the website and waitlist only. The Fylowr ring and app will handle more sensitive information, such as health readings, voice notes and contacts. Before they launch, we will publish a separate privacy notice that explains this clearly and asks for your consent where the law requires it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above, and if the changes are significant we will tell waitlist members by email before they take effect.
