- Joining the waitlist is free and does not commit you to buy anything.
- Referring friends moves you up the line and unlocks rewards at 3, 10, 25 and 50 verified referrals. Only real people who confirm their email count, and we review referrals before giving rewards.
- The Fylowr ring is still in development. Features, design, price and dates may change, and a place on the waitlist does not guarantee you a ring.
- Fylowr is not a medical device.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of fylowr.com and the Fylowr waitlist (together, the "Site"), operated by Fylowr LLC, a Texas limited liability company, 5435 N Garland Ave #140-214, Garland, TX 75040, USA ("Fylowr", "we", "us"). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Fylowr LLC took over the ring waitlist from AYCLIO Corporation on October 17, 2026. If you joined before that date, your place, referrals and rewards carry over unchanged, and these terms now apply.
2. The product is in development
The Fylowr ring and app are being developed. Everything on the Site, including features, gestures, images, videos and launch dates, describes the product as currently planned. Films and renders are concept material, and the final product may look and work differently. Some features (for example payments, vehicle keys and passwordless login) depend on partners, certification and regulatory approval, and may arrive later or not at all. Nothing on the Site is a promise that a particular feature, price or date will be delivered.
3. The waitlist
- Joining is free. It is not an order, a paid reservation, or a commitment to buy.
- A place on the waitlist, including Batch 01, does not guarantee that you will be offered a ring, or offered one by a particular date. Allocation depends on how many units are available.
- Your place in line is given once you confirm your email address. Places can change as other people refer friends.
- Waitlist counts shown on the Site may not be exact.
- Pricing has not been set. If we offer you a ring, the price, delivery and return terms will be shown before you decide to buy, and that purchase will have its own terms.
- You must be 18 or older to join. One sign-up per person, using your own email address.
- We may remove sign-ups that look automated, fake or abusive, and we may change or end the waitlist at any time.
4. Referrals and rewards
- Once you have confirmed, you get a personal referral link. Each friend who joins with it and confirms their email moves you up the line by the number of places shown on your status page. Nobody moves above first place.
- Reaching a tier unlocks its reward, and you keep the rewards from lower tiers:

- What counts as a verified referral. A verified referral is a real person, 18 or older, who joins with your link using their own email address, confirms that address, and has not joined before. Each person counts once. Sign-ups from disposable email services, variations of one inbox (for example name+1@ or added dots in a Gmail address), the same device or network in bulk, automated tools, or paid or incentivised sign-ups do not count.
- Review before rewards. We check referrals before any reward is given. Gold and Diamond referrals are reviewed by hand, and we may ask you or your referrals to confirm details. Referrals that fail review are removed from your count, and your place in line and tier are adjusted.
- How rewards are given. Rewards are given when the related product or service is available: beta access when the beta opens, and shipping, engraving and discount rewards on your first Fylowr Ring order from Batch 01. Free shipping covers standard shipping to the addresses we ship to. Engraving is subject to our character limits and content rules. The Diamond discount is limited to the first 200 members to reach 50 verified referrals, in the order their 50th referral is verified, and applies to the price of one ring at launch, before tax and shipping, and cannot be combined with other discounts unless we say so.
- Rewards are for the person whose referral link was used. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash, and are not a promise that you will be offered a ring. If a reward cannot be provided, we may offer a reward of similar value.
- Places in line and referral counts freeze when Batch 01 closes at 11:59 pm Central Time on December 31, 2026. After that, places are final and new referrals do not count. Review can continue after this date.
- If we find fraud or abuse, including after a reward was given, we may cancel the reward, reverse the referrals, or remove you from the waitlist.
- Please share your link only with people who would want to hear from you, and do not spam it.
- We may change, pause or end the referral program, or its rewards, at any time. A change will not take away a reward you have already earned and that passed review, unless it was earned through fraud or abuse.
5. Emails from us
By joining the waitlist, you agree that we can email you about Fylowr, including a link to confirm your address, updates on your place in line and referrals, launch news and early-access offers. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.
6. Using the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site. That includes trying to break or overload it, scraping it, submitting other people's details without permission, or using it for anything unlawful.
7. Our content
The Site and everything on it, including the Fylowr name, logo, text, images, films and app designs, belong to Fylowr LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, modify or reuse our content without written permission.
8. Health and safety
Fylowr is designed for general wellness and convenience. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Health readings described on the Site are for general information only. Do not rely on them for medical decisions or in an emergency, and talk to a doctor about any health concern.
9. Other websites and services
The Site may link to or use services run by others (for example our CRM, email and hosting providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimer
The Site and waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Fylowr LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or waitlist. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or waitlist is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
12. Indemnity
If you misuse the Site or break these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs (including legal fees) that we incur as a result.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Before starting a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
14. Changes and ending
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above, and if the changes are significant we will tell waitlist members by email. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept it. You can leave the waitlist at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
15. General
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site and waitlist.
